Ugh, i love this store, so it pains me to type this.  i went there for four things this past monday and had problems with everything.  Golean Cruch cereal, sold out in the health foods section (every other cereal was there!), luckily i found some in the reg. cereals section.  Smoked salmon, asked 3 employees where it was and no one knew!!  i'm not used to this particular giant so i had to look for it for 15 mins. Finally I found it above the hummus, high up and they were all lying flat so you couldn't even see them, plus they never have my favorite kind!  Ugh.  Blueberries for my cereal, sold out.  Not even one box- all other berries were there. Quaker Soy Crisps, thought i'd try these since they were 2 for $4.  I only bought one (i usually never have a problem getting the sale price when i just buy one!) and i did self checkout, scanned my card twice (second time it said it was already scanned) and they came up full price.  I didn't feel like arguing over $.80 but i wouldn't have bought the damn things for $3- i only wanted to try them since they were on sale.  UGH, it was the most frustrating grocery shopping trip ever and all i wanted were four things!!

Hate it when that happens at the grocery store...but I am dying to know, do you like the soy crisps? I love the BBQ flavor, and the soy ones are much tastier than the regular ones.

sage- what are the regular kind?  I actually wanted the caramel rice quakes, which i'm obsessed with, but chose the white cheddar soy crisps out of "health factor."  ugh.  I liked them because they were addictive, not sure i loved the taste though.  Maybe the bbq ones are better?  You like them a lot?

The regular ones are just rice crisps, not soy rice crisps. The white cheddar ones are not my favorite, I am obsessed with the BBQ ones. I have to talk myself out of buying them and if I don't manage to do that, I have to try and control myself and not gorb the entire bag in one sitting, which I have done on more than one occasion! I haven't tried the rice quakes but I have seen them, now I will have to try them, thanks to your obsession!

If you decide to try the BBQ soy crisps, I hope you get the sale price!
