okay ladies well if I  have to get up and evacate I will miss you guys while iam gone, i live in point comfort /port lavaca area and so we are in the targart path so far, we will be leaving thursday at the latest we will be going to San A. unless something changes. So i will be a busy little bee before work tomm. afternoon getting all packed!   


UPDATE 


thursday afternnoon , well ladies we left last night(wed) so we would miss the heavy traffic, we got to our place @ 10 pm, we will stay here until rita has moved far away from us. well i even had my hubby take a pic for my post , i will see if i can get it downloaded on this computer, lol well at least iam still trying to look fashionable  in all of this stress! my mom , dad and grandparents are on the way to dallas they live in the same area as we do.


I will keep you updated

I'm out of here too! I'm not sticking around houston for a cat 4 or 5.  The most it will downgrade by the time it hits houston is one cat so even with a 4 or 5 hitting it will hit us as a 3!!  I thought moving here would be safer.  Oh well I'll have my laptop so I'll check in this weekend.  I think I'm heading to San Antonio.  Maybe we could do a ST meet up there over the weekend? haha

thanks alot you are sweet, well we are in the process of trying to get our animals to a a shelter in san A. we cant take them to family because they dont have a fence for our dog- and they are allgeric to my cat- all the shelters we tried are booked,  we will be staying with my husbands dad number is 210 490-0535 , 17635 henderson pass # 115 -


Yes girls all my clothes and shoes and jewlery is going , no doubt @ that- i will be damn if the storm gets that-


as well as camera, laptop , imporant papers, I will be touch till we leave thursday- thanks eveyone

Lsubatgirl-you are right. You'd think Houston would be safer, but it does not look like we will get that lucky this time. I hope you all are safe and that it doesn't do too much damage to everyone's homes, work, etc. I work in a six story all glass building right near the water in clear lake so I am really worried that if my home is ok, I won't have anywhere to go back to work. I will try to think on the positive side-even though that is getting a little harder since this big thing is coming right at us. Everyone be safe!! Ladysi78250 you are right-North Star is my favorite mall in Texas, 2nd only to the Galleria here in Houston. I hope you find a place for your pets Kaykay. I had a hard time finding a room in Austin since I have to bring my little dog. Talk to you guys soon. We are leaving around 2 am in the morning to head to Austin.
