i like the second ones and the fourth ones- like the color of the fifth but don't think the bow is elegant enough for the dress- though pic is small so maybe it is. Not too keen on the middle pair but think the shape of the back would look great with that dress. The first ones are very bridsemaidey- are you a bridesmaid? I missed your earlier posts. But if you aren't, you might want to skip them for that reason. They also seem to bright white satiny, but maybe they are more silvery in person?

I like the open toed ones more, but i'm guessing you wanted closed toes based on your other choices. The reviewers love the second pair though, saying they're very elegant.

Do you think that by wearing a shoe with a ankle strap it will make me appear shorter?? I think I will have to have the dress taken up anyway (I lack in the height dept.)

i think you're much better off going w/a silver or pewter shoe than blue - that just seems too matchy and way too much blue.
