i know how much we don't like them (i am one who had a pretty frustrating problem), but is it worth dealing with them to get this super-cute little leather clutch for $83 (down from $425?).  it's a really good deal and it's so cute.  help.

i agree with lynnie. it's cute, but unless you've know, know, know you'll love it, i wouldn't risk the bad service, no returns.

i say get it.  i thought that i may have had a bad experience with them, but it turned out fine in the end.  here's the stroy: i bought a sweater, and after a few days it wasn't charged to my CC.   i called because i was a bit nervous about a few bad stories i read here about them.  the CS called me back the next day, and said they didn't charge until it was ready to be shipped, and i had my sweater with in 2 days.  the whole transaction took 6 days.

so, everything was fine and i say *maybe* give them another chance.
