I bought this dress for an upcoming wedding:


Do you think it would look okay with these shoes?


The dress looks a little frumpish in the picture..but it's a really beautiful flowy fabric and fits well. I would NOT be wearing the brooch with that dress. I don't really care for it.

Also, do you have any ideas for some sort of shawl/jacket/pashmina to go with it? I don't have any idea what color I would go for.

I personally don't like those shoes with that dress. Such a pretty color with a kinda dull, dark metallic color.

But I do think a [faux] fur shrug jacket type thing would be pretty with that dress.

Oh I love it! I think they are perfect. I would wear mabye a brocade pashmina in those colors. They usually have them at TJ Maxx for under $30!

I love the combo - I have those shoes and they are not dull or dark at all - quite the opposite actually.  If you wear some gold/bronze accesories, it could really look nice!
