I also have some round-toe pewter heels, but these look better. I am trying to avoid buying another pair of sandals I won't wear.

I think they'd go perfectly! I think that it's better to be a bit dressier than everyone else as opposed to the other way around...plus your dress is simple, so it's not one the two pieces are competing for attention. I wore my bronze metallic 4" heels to an early afternoon wedding and no one said anything at all. I mean, people came in flip flops.
