oh my gosh iam very late here for this post, but i dont go in here much since iam married but i do know how you feeling of being scared and, put down with critism and anger that can be dangerous.Iam glad you got out when you did because you deserve so much better, enjoy your life and freedom xoxoxox  My first husband was like that , its a long story, but i was with him for @ 13 yrs, Iam married again to a wonderful man and iam a very strong independent women from the past experiences.
