i like them all but i think that the first 3 work best if you are trying to soften it a bit.

I like 2 & 3, i would say #1 if it didn't have to tie like that, but I think i just realized I just not draw to stuff with a tie - so it's probably just because of that preference. I do like the idea of that dusty rose color though.

i think the second top would look really great underneath just to lighten it up and make it more feminine. the third would look good too. but the other two i think have alot going on with their necklines, which would look amazing alone, but probably busy with the blazer.
