Last fall (I think) Neutrogena came out with a liquid sunscreen. I got some for Christmas, and I wanted to review it for you all.
Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Liquid (I have spf 70; it also comes in 55):
It comes in a tiny bottle, but a little of it seems to go a long way. The product is a very thin, white fluid - - about the texture of a very thin water and powdered sugar glaze you'd drizzle on a cake. You have to shake the bottle before applying (it has an agitator in it). It glides on easily, and the whiteness goes away pretty quickly. It's perfect for under makeup. The fluid gives you a really good dose of sunscreen, which you can't get from most foundations and tinted moisturizers. It does have the Neutrogena fragrance that they put in most of their sunscreen lotions, but it is not overbearing. I hope that they make a fragrance-free version soon. My favorite part is that it is neither sticky, nor powdery feeling (like their Dry-Touch sunblocks are). This still may not be a good option for people with sensitive skin, as the sunblock is not the mineral sort.
I've been using it on my shoulders and chest a bit. Shiseido makes a similar liquidy lotion for the body (bigger bottle). I like that one too (I've sampled it). It has a much stronger fragrance. It's a nice fragrance, but it's stronger than Neutrogena's.
I'm glad you mentioned this! I have a few bottles of this but I think I must have snuck them into purses or something because I have no idea where they are. I kind of forgot about it. I have to look for it when I get home!
