Try on as much as you can. You never know what'll look good until you see it on yourself. Oh, and if you put on a dress and you KNOW you don't like it, don't let your saleswoman waste your time trying to dress it up with veils and tiaras and whatnot. Be firm and tell her to move on. Good luck and have fun!

Ok so I had fun, but I only got to try on 8. I found 3 that I like....
1. Carolina Herrera
2. Monique Lhuiller
3. Reem Acra

2 are strapless....ha ha, I said I wouldn't wear one.

2 more appointments on Friday! This time my wedding planner is coming so she can make them give me more. At Saks they only had one dress that I wanted to try on, from 77? WTF?

I love Lhullier! 


I am glad you were successful...I wish I lived in a more stylish city. I only went dress shopping once, and I was so grossed out by all the tulle and sparkles that I decided to buy my dress online!

I love the first two and i actually wore the first one at my wedding.  well, the top lace part and sash came from monique lhuiliier and i wore it over a strapless ulla maija dress.


but i love the idea of the carolina herrera dress with the pink sash.  you really can't go wrong with either!

Post some pics girls!!!!!! I was at Saks yesterday, tommorrow I am going to Priscilla of Boston, and Impressions that carries Richard Glasgow, Vera, Monique, Carolina, Christos, and more! I think I have fallen in love with all the Carolina Herrera dresses and all my friends think that the Monique Lhuiller is the most like me. I am so excited to try on more tommorrow!
