It surprises me to see people wearing leggings in the snowy weather.   I think it looks cute but for me, normal run-of-the-mill black cotton leggings would not be nearly warm enough.  Are there other options that are more substantial that I just don't know about?  I'd love to get some better quality leggings if they will be warm enough to wear on cold winter todays instead of jeans.  Thanks!

PS - I know about jeggings but never have bought any.  These don't seem like they would be warm though, either.

There are fleece lined leggings and tights out there. I know Shopbop had some, and Bare Necessities.

Thanks, Pink. I'll check them out. Don't want to thicken the look of my legs but that's def. worth looking into. I have had my leggings on all day and when I left the house this evening I felt naked and cold in them.
