mmm, that baked ziti is making me drool, ILoveChoo!

l: veggie & chicken salad, italian dressing


s: yogurt


d: turkey burger, broccoli, 1/2 cup ice cream


e: none, feeling a lot better, but don't want to push it cuz i got a date tomorrow

I'm trying to get back into eating at least somewhat better and semi-exercising now that I'm back at school so here's my first post in these threads...

B: Crispix with skim milk
Diet Coke

L: Sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce, peppers, onions, mustard, salt and pepper, and a piece of cheddar
Diet Coke

D: Salad with romaine lettuce, peppers, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, skim mozzarella, and lite caesar dressing
Diet Coke (I'm totally addicted)

E: Walk for 45 min
