I need skirt help

I have this skirt from Gap and this is the outfit I have worn with it for Spring and summer.  I love it so much that I would really like to wear it this Fall.  How can I make it appropriate, if possible?  It is chocolate brown and the bottom hem is pink in case the pic is not showing up well. The scarf is not part of the skirt.

I agree.  Thanks for the great outfits.  I was wondering if I could get away with wearing a slouchy sweater and I am happy to see some were posted.
