birthday bags...

my birthday is coming up and i'm thinking of treating myself to a new bag (i desperately need one!).  i'm trying to stick to the $200-$250 range (i'd loooove to get a really nice MJ, but that is so not in my budget right now, sniff sniff).  what are your honest opinions of these?

the first one is kenneth cole- any thoughts on kc quality?  the second bag is nicole miller.  i'm probably going to keep looking, but these were the first two that caught my eye when i was browsing on zappos tonight.  thanks everyone!

I like them both but would prob keep looking. Be sure to get a color that will fit in well with your wardrobe.

If you are probably going to keep looking, I would guess these aren't for you.  If you look at it and you absolutely must have it, you should get it otherswise it will be sitting in the back of a closet.

i like them all, esp the first and second one.  I think even though they are colored back, you can still work them in as a neutral.  Happy Almost 24th Birthday!!!

yeah, you're right cortney1982.  i do really like these bags, but i'm not ready to settle on them yet.  i was just hoping for some feedback on these two bags. 


does anyone have any other suggestions?  i'd like a bag under $250, soft leather, large enough to carry all my stuff for the day, a color that would work with a variety of color schemes, some accents/hardware would be nice.... thanks!!!

Have you checked out Tano bags?  I am anxiously awaiting for mine to come in and I know a lot of the other girls are pleased with the quality.  They are almost all less than $250 and real leather.  www.musthavebag.com  Free shipping too!

I just got this bag in Luggage.  This pic is of the small, but I have the large and I LOVE it.  It is so soft, has just the right slouch and I love the woven strap.  It was around $150.
