Scrapbook- organization and mounting
Permalink Closed

I remember there was a post about this a while ago, but when you make scrapbooks, do you only do them for a specific event, like a vacation or something, or just kind of make one with loose ends?  I have so many random pictures and such that I'm trying to put into one place!   Also, how do you mount?  Does anyone use photo corners?  I don't need to be super fancy with stickers and captions- I just want to get rid of the boxes I have with tons of odd-end photos in them!

I have made one dedicated to two trips to Mardi Gras in 1998 and 1999.  Then I have one from my single days between 1996-1999 because I happened to take lots of photos then....this would be probably good for all your random pictures.

I really don't use photo corners anymore, I use the sticky roll tape from Creative Memories.  I do use colored paper for background and I find that a few stickers really look good too if you find some that are relevant to whatever is in the picture.

I usually do my scrapbooks (which I have to say I've fallen way behind on) by the year.  If there is a big vacation and I happen to take alot of pictures, then that gets its own scrapbook.  I have a whole bunch of scrapbooks. When I was in school, I would do them by school year and sometimes by semester if I had a lot of pictures. Now, I just do them by calendar year (but I need to get caught up on them).
