I've been going crazy trying to find a leather/suede teal bag for under $400 that I love.  What do you guys think of these?  Any suggestions would be great too!

hmm, love both, my only concern with the second one is that the strap looks too dainty for the weight of the bag, and you may get sick of all the ornamentation later.

Thanks for the inputs ladies!!!  The bags are Hand Maid by Michelle Frantz.  The first pic is from her website and the second pic is from Girlshop.  After looking at the pictures some more...I'm definitely loving the first one WAY more.  It's all leather plus I think it has longer staying power.

So now I'm torn!!!  I've been researching these bags and found these pics with a better size comparison.


Not the same bag in the second pic...but same size.  A little disappointed in the size..wish it were a bit bigger but I still think it would be gorgeous.
about $300


This bag looks SO BEAUTIFUL here!!!  And I LOVE the size.
about $200



Sorry...I'm super indecisive...especially when it comes to $$ bags.

I still like the first one better.  The detailing is a bit more subtle and I'm not fond of the tassels on the second bag.

Heeheehee...I love making others be bad when I'm being bad.   I'm starting to think maybe the first one is more worth it even if it's $100 more.  I figure...it's a good shape that should hold up for a while.  Whereas, I could possibly get tired of the second one...and it may look dated soon.  I'm still forcing myself to wait another week before ordering so I'll be 100% sure.


Detroit - The MJ you've been eyeing is GORGEOUS.  Alas, I can't even think about buying something that $$$ right now.  I just realized I need to start setting myself a budget...after this bag.
