Black suede cleaning help please

Okay, now that I've ordered my black, suede boots (assuming I keep them), how do I go about caring for them? Waterproofing, and if so, anyone know of any brands that I can buy B&M?

Any help is appreciated!

I don't know of a great waterproofing label but the sheepskin store where I got my uggs from a long time ago had the spray available at the counter.  Also, I do know that vinagar and a clean towel does wonders for cleaning suede.  It cleaned some serious New Years eve god knows what off my brown suede jacket.

2 things:


1. UGG or Coach suede cleaner


2. Suede brush- bought it at Nordstroms' and it has another little block on the side that you rub on the spot and then brush it with.  suede spots come right out!

don't have any tips but this is great to know! i bought black suede boots too and really want to keep them looking fresh!
