How do you dress when it is October outside and it is still warm? I live in Texas and it really doesn't get cool here until towards the end of November. However, I feel really silly walking around in spring/summer clothing. I feel so not in style that time of year, so every year I feel like I just make do until it gets cold. I literally hate dressing for the month of Oct and early Nov. I need to go shopping so maybe I won't just be making do again this year. Can anyone give me some wardrobe ideas that will be in season, but not too hot? I would be so appreciative.
I envy all you girls who get to wear your blazers early
While I don't believe that colors are specifically limited to one season, one of the easiest ways to transition from summer to fall is with color. For example, you can still wear a sleeveless top and a thin shrug in 'fall' colors. For example, you could wear a deep teal cami with a rust colored cotton shrug. That way you would be fall-ish, but you wouldn't be roasting to death in heavy fabrics. HTH!!
