How to wear this?

This capelet from F21 is pretty to me.  But, how would I wear it?  Would it look good over a long sleeved turtleneck?  Also, what is their sizing like?  I usually wear a M, but since they are juniors I wonder if I would take a L?

I just bought that top and was planning on wearing it like this for fall (it helps that I live in Texas and it is usually hot):

I think the sizing is true to size. I usually wear a small in other brands and I get a small at F21. I made the mistake at first to order bigger thinking they would run small and my clothes came in too big. Hope this helps!

I like that! It would look cute how Joy posted it or you can wear a silky cami underneath with a pair of jeans, with some nice black pants or a skirt. Its really pretty! I think a M should be fine.

P.S to post pics from the Forever 21 website just highlight the pic and press the Ctrl and C keys to copy it.
