. Can you go to a Nordstrom to check it out IRL? Even at any regular mall store, I'm sure you could find something similar. I've seen tons in magazines and I'm sure within the next month places like F21 or Charlotte Russe will have something identical, if they don't already.

personally, i don't think that velvet photographs well- hence why the larger picture doesn't look great.

i would either order it or go to the store to check it out IRL.

Actually Meow, I have tried it on IRL, the fabric is more velour than velvet, and did feel a little cheap. Also it fit me weird (but maybe thats just my body type)

They have one almost exactly like that at Dillards right now--do you have a Dillards nearby? It was actually very soft and pliable. Looked exactly like a designer one I saw at Nordstroms (not this one) that was $$$$$.

Yes, I do have a Dillards nearby. Do you remember who it was by? Antonio Melani? Gianni Bini?

No, sorry. I didn't try it on, I just touched it and thought about trying it on... It was really cute though...

They also had one in a wine color.

I also tried this on at Nordies when they had the anniversary sale. I was not impressed. My issues were the same as rocky. I don't know her body type, but I am curvy. Maybe it will look better on someone with a more boyish figure?

Um...I don't think so. It's been over a month now so I don't remember exactly, but I think I would have been a little put-off by shiny velvet. I just remember that I was disappointed on how it fit me, because I love the color and thought the cut would be good.
