should I keep this?

I bought this brocade blazer on sale at JCP.  It was regular $72.  I got it on sale for a total of $19.78.    It fits very well and has a very fitted look to it.  I had thought of wearing it with dark jeans and heels with a cami.   Now I am having doubts about keeping it.  Do you think it is gaudy looking?  What do you think I should do?

Hard to tell - If it fits really well, I'd keep it.  Try posting a pic of the blazer on you with the jeans and cami.  Looking at the pic. may help you decide if you REALLY like it.

Maybe you could change the buttons and use them on something else? I think that would really make the blazer easier to wear, and I'm sure you could find a million things to use those buttons for.

I think if you switched the buttons to something simpler it would be very cute!

I love it, brocade is very hot. Fits in perfectly with the luxurious velvets and suedes of fall. Keep it!

I think the brocade is beautiful but I agree that it's the buttons making it hard to wear. For that price & the fact that it fits well I'd definately keep it.

I agree with everyone - change the buttons so they are not the focal point and ROCK IT!

I'm with everybody else on this: keep the jacket, switch the buttons.

I'm sure you don't need any more persuasion, but I love it. But definitely switch the buttons. Great find!
