hey ladies, so i skipped the pier last night & had a turkey burger w/ broccoli instead... go me!


b: puffed kashi, 1/2 banana, light silk


s: 1/2 banana


l: ww spaghetti


s: yogurt


d: turkey burger, broccoli (maybe, i'll be w/ a friend so we might eat out)

L: about 1/2 of a veggie quesadilla, made with no oil. I don;t think it could have been too bad.

b: ww english muffin w/ pb & jam, nf latte


s: way too many crackers and brie , grapes


l: will be in a rush... so... fresca style bean burrito (Taco Bell)

d: delicious chicken tacos, controlled myself with the tortilla chips (even though I was starving!), glass of chardonnay


e: arm free weights, yoga video
