Which coat for my wedding day?

So most of you know SO and I are heading the JP in a few weeks. I booked a photographer for the afternoon for pics downtown. I have my dress, but I need a coat. I'm thinking camel because I need a dressier camel coat anyway, so why not kill two threads with one garment (er...bad pun)?

Anyway, here's my dress:

And here are the two coats I'm thinking of:

If it helps, I'm carrying a greige beaded vintage purse, wearing a vintage brooch in my hair as a clip and I'm going to wear deep greige tights with greige(ish) metallic shoes/booties (still to be purchased).

Count me as a vote for #1. From the outfit you described, the first one fits the whole look better. Plus, the details will enhance your photos if you take any outside since the dress will be mostly covered up.

Another vote for #1! I think it's so classic, pretty, and feminine - a much better pairing with the dress and for wedding photos.

Yup. Definitely #1. The details at the waist will show off your shape and the neckline on the coat with show some of the lace dress. I can't wait to see pictures! Looks beautiful!
