morning ladies... just wanted to share that i was very good last night & waited til i got home to have dinner.  this means that i ate ww spaghetti instead of fast food!!  i must admit, though, that i have been eating 1/2 cup of ice cream per night though.  it's only 160 calories and it's actually quite filling if you eat the serving size (as opposed to filling the whole bowl like i used to).


b: bagel w/ light cream cheese


s: banana


l: veggie salad


s: yogurt


d: if i get out of class early, turkey burger w/ 1/2 scoop ice cream, if not probably fast food


e: not yet, but i'm getting better

I was good last night too (if you can call 3 maragritas good, at least I didn't eat any food!)


B; coffee


L: I choked down a tomato and mozzarella sandwhich. I feel really nausous.


D: dunno. I have class so it depends on how hungry I am before/after.

B: 16oz skim latte, Cherry Nutri-Grain bar


L:  Smoked turkey sandwich on sourdough, no mayo (from Panera)


S:  Probably a Pretzel stick/cheese Handi-Snack


D:  Fried chicken (breast and leg), garlic mashed potatoes, 2 small wheat dinner rolls, 1 glass milk


Exercise:  30 mins Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 1, small amount of ab and back work



Okay, so dinner definitely wasn't super healthy. I'll be back on track tomorrow...

I am a slacker!  Couldn't drag myself to the gym today!


 


B:  Cereal and Coffee


S:  Naan, cheese, and beef jerky


L:  Grilled chicken and baked potato


D:  Low Fat Pizza


W:  30 minutes toning on arms, legs and glutes at home with DVD.

Doing better on the eating front today!


B:  Coffee, Cheerios, yogurt


L:  Leftover wheat spaghetti & meatballs, diet soda


S:  Carrots & hummus


D:  Tilapia, brown rice, corn on the cob


E:  Walk today if it doesn't start to rain

S: Chocolate Metrex Protein Shake

L: Salad with Romain, Shredded Chicken, Green Pepper, Mushrooms, and my own homemade fat free dressing.

S: Cottage Cheese, Handful of Nuts

D: (will be having) Steamed Salmon with cucumbers,  Peas, Chickpeas

E: 30 min weights (abs, shoulders and forearms)
    30 min treadmill- walk brisk 4 min, run 7 min

B: coffee, 1 Nurtigrain Waffle w/ yogurt spread


L: salad w/ romaine, tuna, 2% cheese and light dressing and a few pickles


s: white nectarine


d: balsalmic chicken with asparagus, mushrooms and melted mozz  w/ 2 glasses of white wine, little sliver of Gadiva cheesecake (dinner at Cheesecake Factory...yum!).

i have been so bad the last few days- not with eating but lack thereof.  i haven't been eating lunch at all!


b: 1/2 bagel with light cream cheese and strawberry jam, orange juice


d: chicken sandwich from Chick-Fil-A (my weakness), large diet coke


no exercise b/c i didn't get home from traveling until after 7...
