I don't know why, but I've been wanting velvet flats in burgundy. I found these and they are perfect, but now I'm thinking are they too Christmasy?

I believe it's the white trim and bow that do it.

I love them...they just look so comfy and plush and chic. I honestly didn't see Christmas until you mentioned it. I just say yummy deep red.

Well they are $155 and I cannot pay that right now. Need a cheaper alternative. I think the trim is gold. I think with the right outfit they will not look Christmasy today.

After you mentioned Christmas, that was all I could see! I think it's the combination of red and white. I love the red, and I think it'd go with a lot of outfits, but something without the white trim would be better.
