  It is from ON and is on sale for $6.97!!!! And, they have a M which I usually wear.  I have been looking for a khaki 3/4 sleeve blazer and this is almost too good a price to pass up.  Is it tts?

I dont have one that looks exactly like this but it is very close from last fall. I would say it is TTS. I hardly ever have to buy anything from ON one size up or smaller.

I tried it on -- it was TTS, maybe just the tiniest bit big, but not enough to change sizes.
