Confession: I gained 4 pounds last month, which brings me 6.5 pounds above where I was this Spring. Time to get serious.


B: just coffee.


L: the most delicous sandwhich ever- turkey, roasted red peppers, laughing cow, fresh basil on marble rye- toasted. (4 WW points), peach


D: going to a reception. hopefully I'll be able to scrounge up something healthy. And I am limiting myself to one glass of red wine.

Just did 45 minutes cardio, abs, and lifted for my hamstrings and calves. Later I'll do more abs and a 20 minute yoga video.

I had a bad weekend with too much alcohol then a hangover day... today I'm not doing so great, either


b: nf iced latte, dry kashi go-lean crunch


l: 3/4 of a sinful chicken florentine crepe.  I don't want to imagine the caloric content.


s: orange


d: salad or soup, something low calorie


s: apple


e: pilates video

same here!!  and i have never been hungover before, no matter how much i drank!  i still feel pretty gross today and i overslept & was an hour & a half late to work!!  horrible!  i can't workout either cuz i think my childhood asthma is back so i'm going to the doc tomorow cuz i've had this cough for over 3 weeks!


b: puffed kashi, silk, 1/2 banana


s: other 1/2 banana


l: leftover mexican


s: yogurt


d: probably turkey burger


e: i MIGHT go salsa tonight, but i probably shouldn't due to my nasty hacking cough that gets me looks like i have the plague!!

I've been so horrid lately too! I've gained like 5 pounds since I started my new "weights" regimen at the gym but I can tell certain things are starting to look toner, so I guess it's okay. Nonetheless I'm going to try to pay more attention to the food. Maybe I can even remember the old WW points...


B: 2 pieces w/w bread (1) and 2 tablespoons whipped pb (3)


L: 2 pieces w/w bread (1), 4 slices ham (1), 3 deli slices swiss cheese (3), 2 servings baked lays (4)


S: 1 loaf of pita bread (one flat disc but they call it a loaf) (2), hummus, about 3-4 tablespoons (1)


D: maybe a burrito: tortilla (2), 1/4 cup f/f refried beans (1), l/f cheese (2) & a couple glasses of wine for drinking later (4)


E: 30 minutes cardio + arms I suppose although I'm feeling terribly unmotivated. I suck.

The weight I've lost is also starting to creeeeep back ... only 2 lbs have made it back on, but I'm sure gonna nip that in the bud!  I bought my wedding dress today, and even though it zips it also creases a little around my waist.  Nothing 5 lbs won't fix .


B:  3 cups of coffee (!!!!), banana


S:  1/3 C Blueberries


L:  Turkey, provolone, & hummus on a sesame bagel, yogurt, diet coke


S:  S/F popsicle


D:  2 Tacos (made w/ almost FF ground turkey)


E:  Off to do some abs right now, 30 min walk later

sooooo bad today....


b: oatmeal with fresh blueberries and orange juice


s/l: 2 blueberry poptarts, diet coke


no lunch


d: pasta brio, iced tea


s: med. caramel macchiato non fat


no exercise except for walking around mall and trying on clothes!!

School started and I went back to those delicious cookies!!! (double ) So Im not saying what I ate today but tomorrow will be much much better!


As far as excercise goes: 200 crunches and some weights for my arms!
