I had a bad weekend with too much alcohol then a hangover day... today I'm not doing so great, either
same here!! and i have never been hungover before, no matter how much i drank! i still feel pretty gross today and i overslept & was an hour & a half late to work!! horrible! i can't workout either cuz i think my childhood asthma is back so i'm going to the doc tomorow cuz i've had this cough for over 3 weeks!

e: i MIGHT go salsa tonight, but i probably shouldn't due to my nasty hacking cough that gets me looks like i have the plague!!
I've been so horrid lately too! I've gained like 5 pounds since I started my new "weights" regimen at the gym but I can tell certain things are starting to look toner, so I guess it's okay. Nonetheless I'm going to try to pay more attention to the food. Maybe I can even remember the old WW points...
The weight I've lost is also starting to creeeeep back ... only 2 lbs have made it back on, but I'm sure gonna nip that in the bud! I bought my wedding dress today, and even though it zips it also creases a little around my waist. Nothing 5 lbs won't fix .
B: 3 cups of coffee (!!!!), banana
S: 1/3 C Blueberries
L: Turkey, provolone, & hummus on a sesame bagel, yogurt, diet coke
S: S/F popsicle
D: 2 Tacos (made w/ almost FF ground turkey)
E: Off to do some abs right now, 30 min walk later
