Have any of the Canadians on this site (Brazen, et al) ordered from Sephora?? How is the customer service? I started an order, and happily, if the item you want is sold in their Toronto stores, the exchange is not applicable, although I guess the exchange isnt huge any way. What about duty, etc?? Also, there was another on-line beauty supply store, I believe it was located in Vancouver, I got the website from LouLou magazine and now I can't find it, can anyone help???? Thank you!!

I have never ordered from Sephora online myself but I know that Mia didn't have a good experience with it. She ordered enough to get free shipping and then found out that the duty was unbelievable. But this was before the TO store opened, I believe, so things may have changed.


I'm not sure which other company you mean, Quorra apothacary maybe? We have one here and it is ok. The don't carry the brands I really like though (no Stila, Nars or Benefit)

The site I was thinking of was beautymark.ca. I dont think I will bother with Sephora. I checked out Quorra, they have free shipping if your order is over 70.00, which is great. Thanks for the info!!
