Has anyone seen or read this mag. My bf got me a copy, he reads mens health. I really liked the mag but havent seen it anywhere since. It had a range of articles and I didnt feel as guilty as when I get shape mag.

That mag has the BEST info in my opinion. Oxygen is also my fitness Bible but it tends to change it's mind on fitness issues a lot. Women's Health is awesome though. I think it comes out only every other month though, maybe that's why you haven't found it. I bought one at Meijer and one issue at Walgreens before.

yes that is- i get it in the mail i really love it- i got it from a ad in my self mazgaine and thought i would give it a shot.
