so I received the alloy carson skinny cords.  I purchased them as a "jegging" substitute, so I wanted them to be stretchy and tight.  They are definitely stretchy, tight, and comfortable.  I wouldn't say they are flattering on their own -- at least on me.  Your body type might be different, so they could look perfectly fine on you.  I will be wearing these with long tops so the "butt flattery" doesn't matter.

You said you purchased them as a jeggings substitute - IRL, are they as tight as leggings/jeggings, or are they a little looser like in the pic?

That's the problem that I have with skinnies too, they are not flattering on me on their own so I have to come up with a whole outfit scheme just to make them work. I find that super frustrating and I'm starting to feel "over" skinny pants.

they're only tight because i bought them tight.  they're not as tight as jeggings.  they're pretty stretchy for cords though.

metric, I really like them with long tops and boots. I bought these for every day wear, which often involves a pair of ugg boots for around the house or running around.

I know it's not the height of fashion, but I've become less of a slave and more practical lately ;)
