Too old to Rock?

I've always been drawn to the rock-n-roll look, but everything seems too kiddy or too young for me. Or it seems too cheesy. I myself am 27-years-old, and I like rock-n-roll look, but I don't want to look like I'm trying to be a teenager. Can you guys suggest some ideas on how I can do a mature version of this look, something that's not over the top? I'm having problems putting together outfits. Feel free to post pics! TIA!

PS: THe only outfit I can think of is a cute vintage rock tee under a blazer with dark jeans, and heels. That's all I got.

I don't know your definition of a "rock" look, but have you been watching RockStar INXS? Those girls wear cute rocker looks imo, and aren't teen looking. I was thinking i could pull off a few of their looks (although some of it is too over the top for me) Maybe browse the photo gallery on the site to get some ideas? My fav is Suzie style-wise

LOL Mandy - Jessica was such a skank anyway. Sorry, but i thought from the beginning that she had that "i can win because i'm hot" attitude. And that outfit is just an example of her taste.... LOL

This is really cute. More my style too. Laid back, and it doesn't look like it would be "trying too hard" I guess I need to be on the lookout for accessories and shoes really.

That other chick...that's just horrible!! lol!
