morning ladies!


b: puffed kashi, silk


s: 1 & 1/2 brownies


l: leftover oaxacan tamal (sooo yummy, just discovered this fab place in LA)


s: water?  dunno, haven't gone grocery shopping & there isn't much food around the office


d: probably going out w/ gf so it's not looking too healthy


e: dude, i NEED to work out!!  i've been so bad lately... i'll try & do the stairs tonight, but not promises

L: Healthy choice frozen meal - Grilled Chicken with Smokehouse BBQ sauce, Water

D: mixed green salad with roast beef, ice tea


exercise: walk/run through the park. I am training for the Norway 1.7M Run on October 2, sponsored by the NYRRC.

B: granola bar


L: ham & swiss sandwich on w/w bread & baked lays & cheesestick


S: 100 calorie pack


D: carpet picnic so a bit of hummus, pita bread, cheese, ciabatta bread, grapes and wine. not the best but at least it's not pizza!


E: none is Friday, fools! BUT I will be at the gym tomorrow morning, bright and early (okay noon but whatever)

e: 35 min intervals on elliptical, 20 minutes ab work with video
