So far just this shirt, but I feel a great sense of accomplishment from it as I had to call 4 stores to find it in my size! I'm hoping to find some more transitional shirts over the weekend, so there may be more to add
Please post any transitional stuff you get. I am always in a dilemma when it comes to transitional clothing and I would love some ideas. I love that top you got.
here is what i got- this was on layaway at walmart for a while- when i got it out some of it got marked down- even better- these fit well and looked decent was very surprised for walmart- lol- i had to budget my money so i went here-
i like how these fit so i got two of them-
this is a simple black skirt- looks better on than on hanger- the pin is deattachable- looks very well with the cream color shirt w/scarf
i got these for just casual wear, with my pants or shorts they were marked down to 5.00 - nothing fancy , i have a black one behind it as well
i got these for fall / winter i dont like heavy sweaters , i think the scarfs look cute-
and of course these- the scarfs come off and you can add them to another outfit- i know when i find something i like i sometime buy them in others color- lol not sure if thats good or bad
I went through my closet and donated at least half my wardrobe to good will. As a reward, I went crazy.
A few packages of Hanes beaters (I never knew other girls wore them until I started reading here... I love using them to layer, but one time I picked some up at Target while I was with a friend and she thought I was crazy. I love them) and Natural Glow (read about it here)
from AE:
three pairs of jeans
a few tees
(the cardi)
I don't know if you can tell, but the first ones are brown pinstripe and the second are gray with a subtle plaid... very similar but I plan to wear them very differently.
for lounging, sooo soft and comfy
has the cutest flower pattern
and in brown, because I love the way it fits
these will probably get dirty so fast, but I think they're SO cute... I'm attracted to all things sequined, I must admit.
not the hottest shoes ever, I know, but I was oddly drawn to them
from Hollister:
some basic LS layering tops in various colors
perhaps the cutest polo EVER
and another like this that is gray with horizontal stripes of blue, pink, and cream and has three buttons... I'm not describing it well
something almost exactly like this Abercrombie one, but gray
from Urban Outfitters:
but in "bronze"... it's more of a brown with a bronze sheen. It's more slouchy when it has all my stuff in it. Cuter in real life.
and cropped plaid pants very similar to shopchicago's, from Express. Fall shopping officially complete... unless the perfect pair of pointy-toe black knee boots jumps off the shelf and into my hand...
Just a few necklaces for me (leftover bday money). The bf and I went to King of Prussia to scope out the fall stuff and I love so much stuff. I'm getting a part-time job just so I can get discounts and buy more clothes (is that sick?).
Anyway, here's what I got. I think I'll get tons of wear out of all of them since my fall clothing is going to be centered around most of these colors (and they were cheap--I couldn't have made them for this cheap!).
I've had this one in this color and LOVED it! but I used it almost everyday and the material started to wear out. it would start to flake off, but it took a lot of wear for that to start happening. I'm thinking of getting another one too ..........
You should get them! Alltherageonline is running a discount right now--the more you spend the more you save. Anyhoo, I think they were both $21. The last one was only $16!!
