Okay so I did the white light thingie today and I have to say that I did notice a small difference in the whiteness of my teeth. Now, let me tell you for those who don't know what h*ll this thing is. It is a double-barreled syringe that holds two different chemicals that are mixed when you push the syringe. You apply that stuff to the top and bottom of this jelly-like flexible mouth guard/dental tray, pop that in your mouth (football player style) then you have this other little contraption that has a non-flexible little crescent piece (aka Light Transmitter) that you place against the dental tray and wrap your lips around to hold it in place. Then you press the little button on top and the light goes on. You can do any part of 3 sets of 10min. and the light goes off after 10min. so you know that cycle is done. Now that is why I believe I only saw minimal change because I only did 1 set of 10min. I'm lazy....ugh.

So for now I have to give it a thumbs up. Tomorrow I might try doing the 3 sets to see if there is a bigger change (although my husband did notice it....which is a miracle! lol)
