What do you mean by overly shiny? I think the heel is suede too. I ordered a 1/2 size up - just in case.

It looks okay here, but I was afraid it might be too plastic-y IRL on the blue. I think I've decided to hold off ordering them for now - in part because they are backordered and I'm not sure on the heel height. I don't need them right away anyhow, so whenever you receive them I'd be happy to hear your review.

I have so much green clothing, I think the green ones would end up looking matchy-matchy.

I didn't even notice that! I'll take a pic & let you know when I get them. The heel was not a problem for me since I'm really short.

Yup

. The boots are $32, so my total was $33.95. They actually add $1.95 to each free shipping order, so it's not technically free but much better than the $7.95 it would have cost me!
