We received brown envelope from CHINA

last Friday---which was wonderful. I had a really long week at work and I was leaving for a week long conference that SUnday. I came home and my hubby said, "we got this big brown envelope from CHina."  i yelped with glee and it was the official Long in Date in China and all her documents in CHinese. No picture yet but we passed everything and the INS and we have been logged in with a case number in CHina. We went out and celebrated.

she will be between 8 and 11 months old. We won't get a picture until January---ouch!!  I don't know if I can wait. We will travel 2 to  8 weeks after we receive picture.

I like Jacklyn Camille, since it's a tribute to your father-in-law.  If you really want to call her Camille, you could still name her that and she could go by her middle name (I do this and know other people who do).

YAY! i'm so excited for you! jaclyn camille is a beautfiul name, and it has a very nice ring to it. i can't wait to see pictures. also for what it's worth (i'm sure you're working with an excellent atty) but if you run into any problems. i work for an immigration law firm and would be more than happy to ask our attys for free advice.
