I'm at training for 2 weeks with multiple buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner so there is not hope for me. We also have an onsite bar which is bad so far!!! I'm 1 for 1 with days here and days visited the bar.
D: As bad as this is, I'll probably have mac 'n cheese. I'll throw in a veggie too, just so I at least get something good out of the equation.
E: I'll do abs tonight but that's probably it. My gym partner has late evening/night meetings so she can't go. Rather than go without her (which I should do), I'm using the time to run a few errands. How lame is that? But I'll hit it again tomorrow.
