Oh, I'm not ready either.  Whenever I go shopping, I'm still drawn to all the summery tops and skirts, which are the last thing I need. I really need fall clothes for work, but I just don't feel like buying them!

lol, I'm the complete opposite - I can't wait for warm cozy cashmere, tall boots, rich colors.... But maybe that's because it's cold here, but since it's August I feel like I can't wear fall clothes yet.

For the bag - You could totally play off some of the darker colors for a transitional outfit: dark green bottom, white top, or brown pants with a red or pink top.
