there's some things that i want to purchse from shopintuition, because there are items that i can find only on their website and there is a 20% coupon code right now (luckmag). i am reluctant though, because i know that they don't provide the best customer service.
has anyone bought anything recently and had a positive experience? i am also nervous because all sizes are always available (it never says no small left, etc...) so i don't want to purchase the items and then only have one item be available and have to wait 2-3 weeks for that one item to come (i'll wait for 3-4 items).
also, does anyone have any tips to maybe receive the items, such as calling instead of ordering online, etc????
i'm hoping that maybe they won't screw it up, seeing as though the coupon code is luckymag and the magazine might stop endorsing them if they provide shotty service (wishful thinking)..
hope that wasn't too confusing.
any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

i've heard so many horror stories about them... if you really want the item i would wait until mon. and call and place the order with an actual person and ask & make sure it was available and/or when you could expect it to ship to you.
Oh geez, I've heard TERRIBLE things about Shop Intuition, like people never receiving their orders after like 1-2 months, and once the order was received it was totally not what they'd ordered. I've also heard of customer service people yelling at shoppers over the phone when they've called to complain. So, I've never shopped there and I never will.
Before shopping with them, I'd double check that there isn't another online retailer that sells what you're looking for. If you can find it, contact the online store and let them know that you have a 20% off coupon with shopintuition.com, but would rather not buy from them and see if they'll honor it. I'll bet they will if it means getting your business.
If you do decide to go with shopintuition, I'd make sure that your entire order is documented. If you call the store, get the name of the person you spoke to, or better yet, speak to a manager. I'd also hold on to any confirmation e-mails you get from them in case you need them later.
Sorry if this sounds so alarmist, but I've just never heard anything good about Shop Intuition and I don't understand why magazines like Lucky and InStyle always feature their products when they're notorious for really bad customer service.
Wow, I was just about to buy a bunch of stuff from there I didn't even know about this! What are the horror stories like?
the general trend is that they don't actually have the stuff they advertise on the site, but they don't tell you that when you order. so you're waiting forever for an item. and while most reputable sites don't charge you until they ship the item, they do, so you don't have your money or the item. i've heard their cs leaves a lot to be desired, and that cancelling an order is also a pain in the a$$. and this info. comes from multiple fashion sites.
i would never ever order from them due to horror stories from girls on this site- but my coworker just told me orders from them all the time and has never had an issue with them.... still i would rather be safe than sorry and order from somewhere else!
all your responses are what i was afraid of. i've heard all the similar things. on normal circumstances i wouldn't order from them, but i REALLY REALLY want the items and i can't find them anywhere else.
what to do, what to do....
bex-does your friend call them, or just do it online?
