i think after 9/1 nyc is going to be tax free (items under $110) permanently.

Yay!  Since NJ is tax free, I always forget about tax.  I see the tax on my receipt and then I'm like, "Why did I do that?  I could have just bought that in NJ!"

living in nj but working in nyc makes me cookoo about taxes. i always stress myself out by trying to avoid taxes and inconviencing myself over $10.

now i will be free! yay! thanks for the heads up!
