Yikes! It's so cheap-looking! But I just saw in a magazine (People, maybe?) some celeb wearing a dress by that designer. With more fabric and on a gorge celeb, I thought the cutout looked amazing. I'm going to have to dig for the mag now....

I've been fascinated with that top since I saw it on Girlshop so I'm sad to say I'm not so crazy about it anymore.  It looks like a hot mess on the model.  Ugh.
