e: salsa tonight and did nothing last night, even though my plans fell through ; might work out w/ friend after work, but that's a BIG MIGHT

W: 1 hour circuit with trainer
It's been such a chore working out lately...
b: maple and brown sugar oatmeal
l: 1 bowl smart start with soy protein with 1% milk, grapes, 3 tiny lemon chocolate cookies (like 80 cals), peach iced tea (5 cal)
s: prob a clementine and a 100 cal pack
d: im thinking a spinach salad with almonds and cranberries and raspberry vinaigrette (sp?) too bad i'm out of gorgonzola! :(
e: i've been bad lately, and i have an exam today so not much time. maybe some carmen tonight.
b: just coffee
l: lc french bread pizza
d: leftover salmon, rice, asparagus
e: frantic cleaning of the apt.- it's a mess and I can't stand it. um, I'll dance around while I clean to burn more calories or something.
Ugh - eating all the time. I know it's my period but still! When does it stop???
B: 2 pieces w/w bread & 2 tablespoons whipped pb
L: bowl multi-grain cheerios, some almonds, a piece of cheese
S: almonds (quit already!!), a cheese stick, and an apple - ugh. i hate myself.
D: a taco or two - i'll try and keep it healthy but i'm not sure how much choice i'll have.
E: 30 minutes cardio (running) & arms today (even though they're still sore from Monday - I can't properly un-bend them)
