I've just about had all I can take from this company.  Yesterday I was expecting my Bluefly order so I pretty much sat and waited at home.  Usually they show up around 11am.  About 2pm I hear the truck coming through the neighbors driveway (they have drove through there before) and I walk outside to meet him.  That little f'r didn't even stop!  Just turned around and drove away.  I was so peeved.  So I go online and try to find the customer service number to talk to a real person.  I told the lady that the guy just drove up and turned around without stopping and wanted her to call him and tell him to turn around to give me my damn package!  She assured me that my package probably wasn't on that truck and that's why he didn't stop.  Like hell it wasn't!  And said that it was guaranteed that I would receive my package that day.  Well, guess what?  I checked online and tracking said correct street address needed.  The address is correct.  So after 5 phonecalls I had to drive out the the UPS place at the end of the day and get it myself!  This is not the first time this has happened.  Tomorrow I'm expecting my Elliot Lucca purse from UPS, and they better deliver!

well first i had to call and be like wtf happened to my cardigan. but goclothing credited me the money (including shipping) and ups gave them back the cost. so it worked out.

Yep UPS is full of sh..  I've heard the guy drop my package at the door, knock and run down the steps. WTF? I though it was the other way around. I thought I was going to have issues w/ the stuff I had sent from an Anthro store a couple of weeks ago because for some reason they but do not leave w/o signature.Anyhow I knew damn well I wouldn't be home after the first notice, so I wrote on a little post it.Can you please take this slip of paper (I signed my name) as my signature...I know for a fact I will never be home actually sign for this.


He actually left it, but of course left my nice note on the door.Whatever.As long as I got my Henny Penny cardis!
