I need a new brown leather handbag, $300 max.  I want to be able to carry it on my shoulders and it needs to be big enough that I can carry assorted kids stuff in it and all my crap too.  I've narrowed the search down to these, but I really wanted to get your input!  BTW, if you have a minute, click on the bag and look at the different views on the Zappos site.  Thanks!

I voted for #2, but I am a huge fan of Tano bags and they're generally in the $150 range, so I'm going to suggest some of them:

I like the second KC one best, but I also really like fp's suggestions.  I'm actually on the waitlist for the second one she posted in brown and I heard from the woman who runs www.musthavebag.com this morning that they should be in this friday.  if you want, i'll take some pictures of it and give you a review when i get it.

i like the kc over the top shoulder. i love totes and the flap means that when it rains your stuff won't get wet. i believe there is a kenneth cole code in the latest issue of shop etc. but double check that b/c i just skimmed it online at the supermarket tonight, so i didn't look too closely.

I love the bridel and groom purse...it's so western looking.  I love that look.  I'd pair it with a cute pair of cowboy boots and a boho skirt.  Thanks....now I'm going to want to buy it.

Hey cricket! I went the KC store and this was the first bag that caught my eye. The leather is luxe and definitely will be one of those bags that will be with you for a long time. It will only get better with age!
