Up in Amish country, gas is back down to $2.99!!!! What a steal! :)

Haha! Yeah, my mom informed of that this morning. She said something about hearing on the news that some PA gas stations were suspected of gouging (now there's a shocker!).

Well, back on Monday, I paid $2.85 for unleaded plus, but today, just regular unleaded, I paid $2.79. I have seen SOME gas stations where it's OVER $3.00, and I just drive right on past those.......LOL I NOW don't let my gas hand get past 1/2 a tank, it'll cost too much to fill it back up......LOL Might be stupid, but it's working for me, for now....LOL

I believe it was 3.29 or 3.39. For the low grade. I honestly never look because I have to get it, so I'd rather not know. I do know it cost me $75 to fill up my Suburban the other day..........

every station in santa monica, no matter the brand, is $2.99 (lowest grade) since Katrina. Save one, actually, Mobil. it's $3.19 (lowest grade), but still has customers for some reason, weird! i think it's kinda cool that the stations all seemed to band together & set a price that seems fair given the circumstances. there's not really any competition, it's nice.
