I don't think I can live without this dress for fall.


Wrap Dress


should I get the brown print or the red? I love both. I think the red would look awesome with tall brown boots, but what kind of shoes with the brown? A pump might work, but might look frumpy.

I'm drawn to the red more but I think b/c it stands out the most in the pic. But from your coloring in your avatar pic, I think maybe the brown.

I can't vote because I like them both so much!

I don't think a pump would look frumpy at all - but I think you'd want something pointy and sculptural, instead of a more retro-looking round toe. There was a thread a little ways back where someone was looking for teal/aqua-ish pumps and I think Cortney posted a bunch from Zappos...

isn't it?! They have some great pieces and the prices are so reasonable- shipping is a bit high but not that bad ($10 flat rate).


Looks like I'm getting the brown- all colors were available yesterday, but today there is a 7-10 week wait on the red!! So, two questions:



  • if I dye my hair dark brown this fall, will it still look ok on me?
  • what color shoes? teal is pretty matchy, brown is boring...red might be cute, but what else?

Hm. I guess I'm pretty matchy then, because I like the idea of a nice teal suede pump with it...

what about bronze? Metallics are still all over the place, so I'm sure there must be something available in a bronze heel. Also a tan suede maybe...I'm thinking of the suede Via Spigas Smash has (in her threadstyle posts) - like that color...

Choo-I hope you do not mind if I copy...I have seen looking for a wrap dres...I think I an=m going to get the teal one...I never ordered from Boden, how does their sizing run?? Any coupon codes??
