Or anyone else whose tried these. I think I remember you posting these before. Did anyone ever get them? If so, could you tell me about the fit - I'm worried about the boot slouching at the ankles!!
sure. I am double-lazy, so I am going to re-post my previous response to Karina, which was a repost of my pm to jen. LOL
sure...I am lazy so I am reposting my pm to jen about them. I sent them back today
What I liked:
-really comfortable, nice heel height, round toe, obviously well made, and cheap (I paid $50).
What I disliked:
-they're not knee high -- more like higher calf, if that makes sense. The height alone doesn't bother me, but they looked like knee-high online.
-they're much darker in person, more of an espresso brown instead of cognac.
-they're too big around my calves (like everything else). If it weren't for this, I would probably keep them, but there's about 2" too much fabric.
Overall, they are a pretty good deal. If I lived in a colder climate, I'd probably keep them to wear underneath things, but I just don't get enough wear out of boots here, so I'd prefer to have a pair I could wear alone. Hope that helps...let me know if you have other questions. =)

Hopefully I'll get mine soon. I plan to wear mine with skirts even if they're not knee high because I like the look of shorter boots with skirts. Maybe if I like them well enough I'll take them to a cobbler to get the shaft taken in.
