I am buying new boots for fall because I have never owned any boots before! I've already bought a pair of brown leather mid calf slouchy boots with a kitten heel and round toe. (you can see them in the weekend shopping thread) What other styles/colours of boots do you think are must haves? TIA

I didn't own any boots until recently... now I'm all about boots. I feel like this season since tucking is so big now, I feel that my need for a million styles of boots is totally justified! (but probably not!)
These are on my wishlist right now. I can't buy all of them. I'm hoping for a Kenneth Cole F&F for the wedge boots. Does anyone know when that is?
Kenneth Cole $295 - really want a wedge style boot
Frye $450 - I know you already mentioned slouchy - but just had to post these beauties again. Drool. I'm going to wait on these until my ban is over.
KORS - I bought these already in black. here is another picture in brown to better see the details. I have already put together a bunch of fall outfits in my mind to wear with these boots.
- KORS $295 These are so much cuter than UGGs and probably just as toasty and cozy.
And if I didn't own a pair already, I would say classic cowboy boots are totally a must-have. I really want a high-heeled pair with studs, but that's not on the top of my priority list right now.
I think these are hot... a little biker-y, a little cowboy

how much were they how slim can they get I have super slim long legs...finding boots is my life goal
Leah_Leanna - they are selling them on ShopBop for $365. I have the opposite problem where I have big giant calves. They get pretty skinny. The "give" portion, like that fabric under where you lace-up, is pretty wide like probably 3-3.5" at the biggest part, so there is alot to pull in. They sell KORS at Saks and probably alot of other places if you want to try them on.
The only annoying thing is that these are suede but the inside isn't lined with a fabric or anything. I fear that the black may rub off any article of clothing that I own that is not black.
