MAC Mascara?

I like MAC products but the mascara really disappointed me. I liked the length and fullness when I first applied it but throughout the day I found it flakes really badly. Halfway through the day I end up with no lashes and little flecks all over my cheeks.

I just bought Diorshow on some of the other girls recommendations and it is wonderful. I know its alot more expensive but since I use it everyday, the cost per use is practically nothing.

Damn! So much for MAC mascara. The last thing I need is another flaking mascara - that's why I need a new one...because Clinique's sucks and flakes off all over. Thanks for responding though...I just really hate to spend so much on Diorshow....

I didn't like it either, I ended up with black on my lower lids at the end of the days.

I'll stick to my Target and Avon mascara's

If you're looking for a good mascara, estee lauder's new lash XL is fantastic in my opinion!

Actually - I think I may buy this. I just realized today that I had a free sample of this stuff, so I put it on tonight and so far so good.

I use all of MAC's products and love them, except for the mascara. My friends and I like to go get makeovers at MAC and the first two times my eyes got very red and for a couple of days it looked as if I had been out having way too many drinks. I finally realized it was the mascara. I don't know if this is a rare reaction, but just wanted to let you know.

Thanks girls for the warning about MAC mascara. The $10 price tag really made me wonder. I decided to take so many girls recommendation from here and get Dior Show.

MAC mascara is awful.. The SA's there dont even recommend it.. at my store anyway.

I didn't like MAC mascara either. I have two that I use now, Fresh mascara for drama and Neutrogena lash tint for daytime.
